We are based in the United States.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship throughout the US and Canada. Shipping to Canada is an extra charge so please be aware of this before purchase.

Can I Make Changes To My Order?

We're unable to make any changes once your order is placed. Please make sure all the details are correct when you checkout.

I Put The Wrong Address, Can I Change It?

Yes, we are able to change your address if you made a mistake. Although we will change it please make sure all information is correct.

*If we ship out your order we can NOT change the address, it is then out of our control and hands. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

No, all sales are final. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

How Long Does It Take For My Item To Be Shipped?

Processing/Handeling: 2-5 business days

How Do I Track My Package?

Once we ship your package and you have been notified you will receive a link to track your order with us. You can also check the status of your order on the USPS website https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction

Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 Hours once shipped.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Package?

Domestic: 3-5 Business Days

What Is A Business Day?

In shipping, a business day refers to an official working day. Weekends and Holidays are excluded.

My Item Says "Delivered" But I Did Not Receive It?

If you have any questions or concerns regarding delays in the shipping process, once we ship your item, call USPS (1800-275-8777)

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages.

What Is Pre-Order?

Pre-Order means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on Pre-Order may take between 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item along with other items in your order, will hold back delivery.
